Episode One: Morley’s Vision

Morley was a larger-than-life figure whose raptor-focused advocacy transformed the way that these birds are perceived by mainstream American culture. He was involved in the production of numerous films focused on birds of prey throughout the 1950s, 60s and 70s, and the partnerships that he established with scientists, politicians, filmmakers, celebrities and land managers eventually resulted in the establishment of a National Conservation Area in the canyon that he loved so dearly.
